Not cheap accommodation. Thought $270 a night for three was overpriced when compared to other places. The place is off the beaten track and care should be taken with directions before going there. The downstairs accommodation was adequate but the noise from people moving around upstairs can be distracting. The views of the sea from the well kept gardens are...

Older style & maybe a little dated but clean & comfortable with lovely views & beautiful ,well tended gardens . We were upstairs & had lots of sheltered deck to sit on to admire both of the above & see the native birds - there is a great lot of information about the different species . A great position to...

We stayed in the downstairs 2 Bedroom self contained unit. This place is about 5Km away from Port Arthur historic centre. We were attracted to the place based on the view and location of the property. This certainly did not disappoint. The garden are really well kept and there are a couple of decks you can sit out and enjoy,...

We only stayed one night in order to visit the port arthur historic site and this place was just amazing. We stayed in the self contained apartment and everything was great. What we especially liked is the garden with a great spot to do a BBQ near the water. We had a fantastic time with my family there, I definitely...

We only got to stay a night but this place is beautiful and we wished we could have stayed longer. The gardens of the property are so beautifully cared for that we could have spent hours just admiring the garden, the rabbits, the birds and the most glorious ocean views. Very peaceful and well worth a visit just to admire...

Stayed here a couple of nights and most definitely worth the stay. Rex took care of everything, including having the fireplace going when we arrived to the room. Very nice accommodations and the views were incredible. Had more of an en-suite room so a separate eating area, with nice kitchen and living area too. Will definitely stay here again on...

What can i say positive that has not already been said of Sea Change. Even if it was poor it would be worth staying for the view, It does not look much from the front but when you get to your upstairs room. Wow! Do you sit on the verandah next to your room or one of the cliff top...

Absolutely stunning view from our room over the blooming garden, the water and Tasman beyond. Room very comfy and so many little touches that made us feel welcome. Rex was a delightful host with lots of advice. Path down to quiet beach. Breakfast in the room or better still taken on the veranda outside the door. Port Arthur just a...

Stunning views of Cape Pillar and Tasman Island! This delightful B&B sits on the waterfront and has a wrap-around porch where I would have my breakfast enjoying the spectacular views over the bay towards the dramatic cliffs which seem to change colour depending on the weather and time of day. The room was light and airy, the bed comfy, the...
