My wife and I (elderly couple) stayed in one of their very new (Motel style) units in early February. It was fully equipped, roomy, quality appointments, nothing missing... very comfortable and good value for money!! Recommended for anyone not bringing their own "room" with them!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat, and wish other parks provided the same standard...

We stayed in one of the Peninsula cabins. Everything has been thought of. Fully equipped kitchen with excellent appliances. Even a second tv in the bedroom. Internet was very poor, but otherwise a very high quality cabin - made us feel right at home!

We stayed here for one night and had no issues. We stayed in a bunk dorm and it was clean, warm and comfy. The only issue was that the tv did not work - it seemed to have a problem with its Foxtel subscription. The kitchen and BBQ facilities were clean. It's in a great spot - only a few...

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay in our Bunkhouse and found the beds to be warm and comfortable - a good nights sleep is needed to recharge from exploring the local Port Arthur sites. Apologies for the television not working, we have let maintenance know to make sure this problem is fixed. Thanks for taking the time to...

We arrived for a two night stay, as the park is a great base for The Historic Site and other tourist attractions. From the moment we arrived it was just wonderful. The beautiful friendly Manager Lee who checked us in and gave us all the information we needed to explore the beautiful Peninsula. The park itself is a credit to...

We visited here and were able to book in the last available unpowered site the day before visiting! We arrived to find a massive site (number 7) so we had plenty of room for the two of us. There is a beautiful short walk, a few minutes, to the beach which is great for a swim. The facilities are clean...

Our first visit to Tasmania and our stay at the Big 4 Holiday Park is highly recommended! It is clean, highly maintained and a great location being not far from the Port Arthur site but also in a sheltered spot near this pretty beach! The camp kitchen is both clean, comfortable and very well equipped! We will come back for...

Not a bad location, powered sits are on the small side and tiered so most of the spot is on a slope. It's set up for vans and motor homes, we have a camper trailer and it JUST fit. Also, whoever thought it was a good idea to have a skate track made of hollow plastic should be fired immediately,...

Great location for Port Arthur which is where we spent most of our time, possibly stayed a bit too long as it is very isolated from anything else, shopping was a hassle as the closest larger store was a 15 minute drive. On the negative side staff could possibly be a bit more welcoming and friendly to guests, a couple...

Thank you for sharing your family holiday in Port Arthur - we are pleased you enjoyed the historic sites that are so close to the park.
