We stayed here for 3 nights in January. The accommodation was really nice in a beautiful location. We stayed in Number 1, I think it was overlooking the river. It was great and quite warm while we there, and we all splashed in the river to cool down and relax and it was quite magnificent. We would highly recommend this... More

A great place to stay near Mt Field National Park. A friendly welcome and cabin was quiet and clean. Nice little river that ran beside the cabins which the kids entertained themselves in. Walking distance to Russell Falls which is a designation to be missed in Tassie. A wonderful place to stay.

I just spent my second stay at Russell Falls Cottages and had another excellent experience. Received a warm friendly welcome on my arrival and my cottage was ready and waiting. It has everything I could ask for and only a few meters from the beautiful Tyenna river in Mount Field National Park. 2 minutes walk to the visitor centre. Sitting... More

We spent 2 nights in the Riverside Cottage, right next to the river with the National Park on the other side. It was spacious, well laid out and well equipped. We had a warm welcome from Leesa and thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay. We plan to stay again on our next trip.

Was very happy with our stay. We stayed for 4 days/nights. The cabin was more than comfortable and suitable for a stay of this term. Pros - Peace and quiet. - Close to nature without leaving your comfort zone. - Fully equipped cottage offered a comfortable stay indoors on the wet day and freezing nights. Cons - Little bit of... We booked with a couple of days to spare for an impromptu base for some of the extended walks around Lake Dobson. We stayed in cottage 1, which was peaceful. Heating in the living area was great, and as noted a heater in the bathroom would have been appreciated. What a luxury the big laundry was! The unit was spotless,... More
