Stayed for 2 nights with my Mum in the beach house. Perfect stay. Spacious kitchen and lounge. Comfortable beds. Lovely hosts. Great recommendations for dinner and lunch and local walks. Great location. Did wineglass bay / hazards bay walk then lovely relaxed afternoon at beach house.

A big thanks for your review. The Wineglass Hazards Circuit should certainly be rewarded with a relaxing afternoon preferably with a chilled, local wine. It's still my favourite walk on the peninsula and should not be missed. Glad you enjoyed your time in the Beach House.

Beautifully designed and furnished studios (2) attached to a house in a small suburban cul de sac about 2 km out of Coles Bay. They both have a deck onto the garden with sea views and a high degree of privacy. The large double beds and pillows are very comfortable and there is a sofa on which to read or...

We had just trekked the Overland Track and wanted a few days of chill time over on the east coast before heading south to Hobart. We found Eagle Peaks on the web and it looked the ticket...and that it was! On arrival, the quality of the architecture confirmed we were in for a very pleasant stay. The studio apartments were...

Judging by the description of your Overland Track experience you deserved a few 'chill out' days. Tassie weather tends to throw every possible scenario at visitors. You definitely need to be prepared!!! Thanks so much for choosing Eagle Peaks as your 'chill out' destination and a big thanks for your kind words. After spending five months away it's great to...

We enjoyed the last of the good weather in late April, staying two nights in one of the studios. Clean, comfortable and modern accommodation in a delightful rural setting close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen to self cater, or a short drive to dine out, and we enjoyed the light breakfast provided. Belinda and Iain were exceptional hosts, going...

You managed to pick the best April experienced at Freycinet for some years. Belinda and I were reluctant to leave for our winter break however judging by the current reports it appears the weather has deteriorated. Great to hear you enjoyed your time on the east coast and our sincere thanks for choosing to stay with us at Eagle Peaks.

The perfect 4 night stay at Freycinet for our Easter family holiday to Tassie. We were lucky enough to have the Beach House and a Studio to share with fantastic weather thrown in. Iian and Belinda were great - always attentive to our needs - refilling delicious breakfast supplies. Everything we needed. The location and facilities fantastic, comfy beds, lots...

Yes it was a great Easter. The fact that it was early this year was no doubt beneficial weather wise. And Hannah gets another special mention…. No wonder she is high maintenance with the weight of such a big ego. So glad to hear that you had a memorable family get together. Belinda and I get a kick out of...

We had a lovely stay at Eagle’s Peak in Freycinet. The studio was very clean, fresh and light, with a lovely view of rich greenery and blue ocean. Many hours were spent on the deck, were we, especially at dusk, enjoyed nature’s own splendid theater of emerging animals such as all sorts of birds, rabbits and wallabies. The studio was...

Hello from sunny but not so warm Coles Bay. Yes Autumn has finally struck, the sun is heading further north and with today being the last day for daylight saving, some cooler weather is on it's way. Even so it's a great time to be here with less crowds and good exploring weather. Thankyou for taking the time to submit...

Our stay at Eagle Peaks was for 3 nights but we would've loved to stay there longer! We booked the Ocean view studio and it was perfectly cosy for my partner and I. The studio is beautifully furnished with a very warm and welcoming vibe and it is equipped with all the needed kitchen amenities to make meals. Our kitchen...

We stayed in an Ocean View Studio for two nights (30th and 31st Dec) as part of an eight-night Tassie road trip, and wish we could have stayed for longer. Luckily our stay coincided with the best of the weather and we had a great time sitting on the deck watching the wallabies and rabbits, as well as hiking in...

Many thanks for your review. The more times I try to improve my PB's the more injuries I get. I'm slowing down so maybe if you do decide to return you'll post the Eagle Peaks fastest return time to the top of Mount Graham. Villa was perfect - clean, modern, comfortable and peaceful. Owners were lovely people including Hannah who popped in every now and then to say hello (see pic). If you are going to Coles Bay you would be crazy not to stay at Eagle Peaks. Close proximity to Freycinet National Park and local cafes. Unfortunately, the weather deterred us from going...
