Snug and warm while the rain is tumbling down. Looking out across the mountain wilderness. Beautiful. The cabin is private but easily accessible. Short walk to the fireplace bar and restaurant. Even walking distance to the Ranger station.

What a great place to stay. Our chalet was cosy & already heated for us on a cold wintry afternoon. Even the towels were heated & ready to go. The restaurant attached to the village is excellent- although it was a busy night the service was 2nd to none and the meals top notch. Our only mistake was not booking... More

Had a lovely weekend staying in the spa cottage. Spa had a great view overlooking the bush and sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine was very cosy. It was really nice to be out in the wilderness and even saw a few wallabies which came right up to our cottage. Would def recommend!

What a gem our cabin was. We chose a cabin with a spa as a treat & loved everything about it. The bed was so comfortable, the shower divine. The breakfast hamper was a little less than expected, but wouldn't stop us returning to this paradise. As we arrived there was a wallaby under the cabin, going for a drive... More

We were on holidays and had an RV. Because it was snowing at the time we visited, access was a bit hard. The staff went out of there way to accommodate us, finding the most easily accessed cabin, and giving us an alternate spot to put the vehicle, the other accommodation places weren't interested in helping us. The restaurant was... More

Me, my mum, my son, wife and 2 year old spent three night in the Wilderness Village. We originally had Cabin 1 but had to be moved due to a fault with the hot water system, they moved us to cabin 5, which I liked better as the trees were set a bit further back from the cabin so gave... More

We checked in to one of the 2 bed villas after hiking in cradle mountain. The heaters were on allready so it was wonderful and warm. A large cabin, with heat panels in all rooms, electric blanket on queen bed, and heated towel rail in bathroom. With wildlife on the doorstep and beautifully set amongst the trees. Enough utensil and... More

We visited Cradle mountain during the quiet off season and loved every minute of it. Our cabin at The Wilderness Village kept us cosy and had everything we needed to keep us comfy. We had a spa cabin and the spa was enjoyed after a day hiking. We enjoyed cooking in our cabin one night but then enjoyed eating in... More

This was my first trip to cradle mountain, my husbands 2nd time and we loved it... Wish we had more snow (next time). We stayed in the spa cottage for 2 nights and its was lovely. On arrival brad at reception gives you some helpful snow tips which were great. We had to leave a tap dripping all night so... More

We really loved our spa cottage. We only stayed 1 night and we wished it was so much longer. The spa was nice, the fire place a lovely touch. It was small and cosy but it was very lovely. We got some snow while there and the cottage had lots of windows to watch the view. Lovely king size bed... More
