Standard of room is well below comparable accommodation while prices are higher. Very old and tired looking in both public areas and our room. Coffee and tea station could have been cleaner. Hall carpets looked like they needed a vacuum as well. Could be a lovely heritage

Hi, we are so sorry that you had no fan and can’t really understand why your room didn’t have one. Fans were purchased for every single room, it would have been great if you told us so we could have located yours. We have just commenced installing portable air conditioners into the rooms so we may have been able to fix your discomfort. Many thanks for alerting us that there is a fan missing and again, apologies.
