Artesian Span pool very good. Could have more safety messages -- very slippery getting in and out due to slightly alkaline features of water. Restaurant very good. Room tiniest ever experienced in 40 years of travelling around Aus. In spite having requested quiet room we were allocated the nosiest - the one closest to and almost ON the Newell Highway....

We were travelling to Brisbane and needed somewhere to stay to break up our 12 hour drive. We rang the Artesian Spa Motel while driving up the highway and Vicki was very helpful in booking our accommodation and arranging key pick up. We arrived at 10:30pm, located our key and the room was all we needed. Our room was a...

This place is basic no frills place to stay. Rooms are basic and good value for money. The big seller is the spa's which are pure paradise. The benefits you receive from using the spa's are short of a miracle, they are great for healing pain.

I really like some of the aspects of this place. Yet I leave disappointed again. The restaurant was good but the room was a let down. In previous visits I was told the owners do not want to spend money. The TV was small and had a blue line about 100mm wide down the centre of the screen. There was...

We stayed at this motel twice in 2 weeks. Rooms basic but clean. Hot pools are awesome after a full days travelling. Reception staff lovely, very helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was nice. Desert was awesome. Will stay again when travelling through Moree.

The room is quite basic but clean. You can hear your neighbor's TV and conversation through the wall. There rooms are nonsmoking but if your neighbor is sitting on the doorstep, the smoke wafts in to your room. The smell of cleaning products was quite strong. You have to pay for wifi. On the positive, the hot pool, medium pool...

What a disappointment the room was tiny, smelled of sewage and cigarette smoke. If you were at all large you would not be able to turn around in the toilet/shower cubicle. The bed needs a new mattress and despite velcro-ing the curtains to the wall the outside light still shone in all night. The restaurant was closed which we were...

Firstly, the gentleman receptionist was the most unfriendliest person I have ever encountered in a Motel and I stay in motels in the New England and North NSW region roughly 6 nights per month. Not only was he unfriendly and couldn't crack a single smile, he sent me off to my $110 room which I would say is worth no...

The location of this motel is excellent, in a quiet, treed area on the edge of the town of Moree. There is a pleasantly designed restaurant with good food and excellent pool and spa. But it seems there is a very considerable diversity in the room offerings. It seems from the other reviews that there are some good rooms, but...
