Stayed 2 nights in a Banksia Cabin. More space than a motel, very clean, well maintained and well priced. We were part of a group and used the facilities of the Camp Kitchen and the BBQs. Others in group in smaller cabins were not as happy

I called blackheath for last minute accomodation and they were extremely kind and helpful. We stayed 2 nights in a banksia cabin (2 adults 6 year old and 9 month old). The cabin was spotless and well maintained. We stayed in number 4. We all loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Great prices, great location, amazing amenties... More

We have stayed here twice, camping in the non-powered area. This space is set apart (down a small hill) from the amenities, caravans and cabins in a more natural setting than the latter. Staff are friendly and the bathrooms and kitchen kept clean. They have a great hot water system - very important during the chillier times of year! There... More

Blackheath is an excellent base from which to discover the Blue Mountains. Slightly off the beaten track, the Riverside Caravan Park is down in a dip and misses most of the noise from the highway above. The amenities block is first rate as is the camp kitchen. The grass camping sites however are limited and tend not to be in... More

Thank you for taking the time to review the Blackheath Glen Tourist Park. We are lucky to have a Park that is located away from the main highway, so road noise is not an issue! Our camping sites are separate to the rest of the park and are accessed by a central bitumen road. It is possible to see the... More

We stayed here in an un-powered site over the Easter long weekend (4 days). The caravan park is well maintained and lawns were nice and green. There are park benches, a large kitchen hall for use and a neat BBQ area. for Familes there is a fantastic park across the road with mutliple playground and a duck pond. There are... More

Office staff helpful and friendly. had a powered site for two nights, two people, $88. Concrete pad for van. Good security with boom gates and passwords. Amenities clean but in need of a refurb. Close to town nice and quiet but poor TV reception.

Dear bonners029, We are so pleased to hear that you found our office staff helpful and friendly and appreciated our security measures. The amenities block is on our list of target areas to improve, as we know that undertaking this work will lift the Park to a whole new level. TV reception is very much "hit and miss" here, so... ... to visit the Blue Mountains. Blackheath is relaxed compared to the very touristic Katoomba. The campsite is big, with ample spaced sites. Well organized, a relaxed camping. Good and clean amenities. We payed AU$39 for a powered site. Friendly helpful staff

Beautiful sites, wildlife and the shower block is awesome ! Toilets separate to the showers, clever design. Hot water and strong showers. Would have liked to stay longer but we forgot it was Easter and fully booked ! Would highly recommend

Lady that booked us in was very helpful and out site was nice. However the shower block is in desperate need of replacement. I'd say it's only 'surface' clean. If you happen to glance up at any point during your shower you'll notice god knows how many years worth of cobwebs and creepy crawlies that no one can be bothered... More
