The two of us arrived on Friday night from Sydney, but Nigel made sure, this was not going to be a problem: he awaited us as we drove down the drive way, showed us around and had already taken care of one of the major issues, preheating our Studio! While the bathroom is across to a seperate little cabin, it...

We spent the past weekend at Kanimbla celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary along with our three children, their partners, 6 grandchildren, 2 sister bridesmaids and partners – 18 of us in all. The venue was ideal – room to spread and then convene together in the Adobe, wood fires, dinner on arrival, Red Pepper catering for the big dinner on...

We celebrated a significant birthday with our family group aged from 5 weeks to 80, and everyone loved their time here. The tennis court and bush tracks catered for those with extra energy and there are lovely indoor and outdoor areas for relaxing and catching up. The separate buildings gave people as much privacy or togetherness as they wanted. The...

Nigel met us with a very friendly greeting. He had turned on the heating and prepared the fire for lighting which we really appreciated as the weather had turned cold. Our grown up family of 5 wanted a get together and we picked the perfect spot. Lovely lodge style accommodation with 3 generous bedrooms surrounded by bush so very quiet...

My wife and our 16 month old daughter stayed here for 4 nights and it was lovely! Nigel was very attentive and friendly. The place is very relaxing and family friendly. The nights are quiet and dark, a great departure from the busy city. We would love to come back.

I have stayed in this retreat centre for a yearly yoga retreat perhaps 3-4x. Have been assigned to the Valley cottage all the time. Each cottage have similar dimensions, and there is a large main house where the main kitchen is. A large room with huge glass panels and a hearty fireplace is great for the yoga sessions, in all...

We stayed at Kanimbla View with 4 other families (total of 14 kids) and had a wonderful time. There's 4 separate houses/cabins and the bulk of the children stayed in the studio, which just worked perfectly. The kitchen is really well equipped and good cooks can really satisfy their inner Masterchef. The oven can handle the largest roasts. The large...

We arrived on a cold rainy Sunday evening, (we had been warned that it could get cold up in the Blues, but we're from Scotland so, what the heck...) We had been allocated Valley Cottage, which is the furthest down the track and feels as though it's well into the bush. The house has a wood burning stove and a...

Thank you so much to Nigel and Tony for making our time in the Blue Mountains so special! We were lucky enough to stay in the STUDIO which was perfect for our small family group - very warm and comfortable and extremely well organised. It was gorgeous sitting out on the terrace in the late afternoons as the sun went...

Recently we stayed at Kanimbla View, booking out the venue with a group of 14. As a group of outdoor retail managers the venue suited us perfectly. It was big enough for individuals to have their own space, the lodge was perfect for cooking, relaxing and eating and the studio was a great conference venue and accommodation. Kanimbla is a...
