We visited in winter and enjoyed the warm fire lit by our hostess on arrival. Surrounded by established old gardens and lots of birds including hens. Conveniently close to several amazing walks. An adequate breakfast was provided. Have stayed twice and will no doubt stay again.

We are coming by train, is that a problem?
If you are not going to hire a car you will have to rely on taxis. There are some beautiful walks which you can access close by but the shopping centre with some fantastic restaurants is about 3 k's from Secrets. The Hydro Magestic, a must to go to, is a bit further - a must to visit. The three sisters and echo point - taxi. Leura Village for lunch and walk up and down - taxi. I didn't have any trouble getting taxis once when I didn't take my car. Secrets is special. I loved it - especially the freshly made loaf of hot bread which greeted me on my arrival. Enjoy!
