I can't recommend enough, and it was better than expected. The cart was so stylish and clean. All small touches were thought of , and the area was just beautiful to explore on a couple's overnight stay! Thanks Jessica

This cottage was a delight: spacious yet cozy (cosy) and beautifully decorated and furnished in shades of blue. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast goodies, tea and coffee, and Jessica and Hugh were very accommodating of our late arrival. The cottage setting gives you an extra sense of independence and privacy, while very close to great pubs (The Crown Inn and Green Man) and Hayward's Heath.

We stayed for two nights just to get away- it is glorious! The converted cart barn is absolutely stunning with everything you could need. It's been beautifully converted and was fully equipped- we even got cake on arrival. Situated in Horsted Keynes it is a quiet, peaceful but beautiful village with glorious local walks and pubs to visit. We even went and got some local cheese from High Weald Dairy Farm. The hosts are wonderful and you couldn't ask for more.

Just as described , beautiful lodge house just right for solo traveller or a couple. Everything provided down to cake on arrival, tea and coffee etc. Very comfortable bed. Do what I did and have the cooked breakfast. Very tasty and worth every penny. Set me up for the day. Just one tip your mobile may not work, no signal in area for EE. Also no street lights so when you go to the pub take the torch provided. Top place for meal The Green Man pub 5 minutes walk

High quality b&b in a detached building. Easy to book by email. We stayed 4 nights and walked many of the local footpaths and found good places to eat in the surrounding area. Jessica's breakfast pack is more than adequate and it is enjoyable to be able to have breakfast whenever suits us. Highly recommend.
