Hotel is on a main route as suggested good for buses into Birmingham and Wolverhampton but the windows don't close properly to shut out the noise. Reception staff great in til you have a party going on in the room opposite which is extremely loud....More
Stayed for a course. Tired hotel rooms poor don't move the bed it obviously never gets cleaned behind. Food is terrific breakfast and dinner but the best part is the staff some of the best I have come across anywhere always smiling happy to help...More
This is a difficult hotel to rate. Firstly you can stay here for half the cost of a budget hotel, under £40.00 a night is cheap by any standard. It is however an international chain that is probably marketed at the mid to high end...More

Not too sure on that one. I left about 9 and had breakfast about 8.15. Seemed to be quite busy at that time. A lot of business people stay there so breakfast can be a pretty busy between 7.00 and 8.00.
