This hotel is stunning. Unfortunately a few years ago it burnt down but has been rebuilt is the same barn conversion style as before, but more modern. I has a large airy feel, and it is very clean.

I have been asked to respond to this question by Trip Advisor, although I'm not quite sure why as I was only a guest at the hotel (June 2014). However, it was the day of my daughter's wedding and everything was perfect! The hotel staff were attentive, efficient and the food was very good - in fact we could not have wanted for more. It's not fair to assume that all wedding guests will give a good review because they will enjoy the day anyway. In my book, if the reception had been lacking in the slightest way - I would have been very upset indeed.
My advice to you is this: send a letter to the Managing Director of the hotel group. That will soon prompt a response!
