Fantastic location, friendly greeting, a little gem. The room was very very comfortable a bargain. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The bed is really comfortable and clean. The full English breakfast is really tasty in fact I cannot find any negatives and I want to go back, the only thing I didn't try was evening meal because I was... More

It is a very difficult to review this hotel since the different aspects ranges from very good to very poor. First the really nice things. Food is very good, both the food itself and the service, also it is very stable from breakfast, through lunch to dinner. Reception service ranges from nice to unhelpful. One receptionist was what you can... More

We stayed at the millers hotel as my brother was getting married. The location was perfect and the interior of the hotel was very quaint. The restaurant and bar are very nice areas. The only downside was the temperature in the rooms. Everyone we spoke to commented on this. Although the weather wasn't particularly warm outside, inside the room it... More

When we arrived we where put into room number 2 which was too noisy with a boiler sound coming on every ten minutes as well as all the doors banging from downstairs. Their was a wedding function on which we were not informed about when we booked,This was supposed to be my husbands 50th birthday celebration and an over night... More

Had lovely meal here last night even though we only popped in as drove past. . Staff polite amd sorted us a table. The service was quick and food really good. The scallops were perfectly cooked. Steak was tasty and Husbands pie was full of meat. Will be back again.

Booked a nights stay so that we could visit family. A warm welcome and the room was alright, bathroom was a bit tired, but clean. Breakfast in the morning was well organised and enjoyable. A good place to stay at a good price, we shall certainly book again if we ever have to stay overnight.

We stayed here on Thursday 23rd June and that evening we had dinner with my cousin and his wife. I was born in Nuneaton, remembered the mill wheel inside the hotel, how attractive the place always was, and opted for a nostalgic return many years after drinking there as an 18-year-old. Well, how good an idea that proved to be!... More

What brilliant feedback! We are glad that you came back to visit us and so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. The waterwheel is our favourite feature, as well as the ovens by reception! I have certainly passed on your comments to the team. We look forward to welcoming you back soon if you are in the area. More

Family meal for Father's Day with children and grandchildren. We usually like having a meal in the bar here, atmosphere and surroundings lovely. We were given a table in another room which was understandable as this is a busy day. However, it was awful from start to finish. We were told at the start there was no chicken ,cheesecake etc.... Thank you Karen for leaving your comments, we appreciate all feedback and I can only apologise that you were disappointed with your visit. I have spoken to the team members working on Father’s day and I can certainly assure you that this is not the usual high standard of customer service that we are proud to deliver. We hope that...
