Great little find with home cooked food, real ales, friendly staff and occasional live music. Will return as enjoyed our evening there, as much for the 'proper pub' feel and proper pub food cooked to order. Enjoyed their homemade lasagne and beer battered cod and the rhubarb and apple crumble was (hate to say it) as good as my mum's!

We returned to Ye Olde Red Lion six months after our first visit there. We had enjoyed that visit and were not disappointed on our second. We were greeted as we walked in - that was late afternoon so that we could ensure that there was a table available and the menu still suited our desires. It was heart warming... More

Four of us with dog called in yesterday for a lunch and a pint. Although we were right on the point of the kitchen closing we were served with a smile. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. The food was very good as was the beer. Would definitely recommend this pub and will use again when we are in... More

While staying at Bosworth Hall with friends, we enjoyed and quiet drink and a chat at the Red Lion. It's located in the heart of Market Bosworth. The pub offered a variety of real ales and usual beverages. The staff were polite and friendly. And although the pub wasn't very busy, I can imagine it gets very popular in the... More

Went here Saturday night for a few drinks whilst staying at bosworth hall hotel 3minute walk away. Really busy and buzzing pub. All bar Staff were bang on, we couldn't fault them. Prices are average Must be the busiest pub in Market Bosworth.

We visited this pub a couple of times this weekend. Last night for drinks before eating at the local Indian restaurant. Really nice atmosphere. Good music, cosy lighting friendly staff and a good selection of beers/lagers etc. Stayed for an hour or so and really enjoyed it. Returned again this afternoon with my wife and daughter. Had a nice table... More

For a Monday Lunch time this was well populated. The Pedigree Bitter was a delight and the food solid Pub Grub. It shows Pubs can survive with regular locals topped up by passing trade (like us walkers). Market Bosworth is a delightful little town too. Would go again.
