I have just spent 4 days in this outstanding Premier Inn. Friendliness, cleanliness, accessibility, breakfast were all first class! I would certainly recommend to my family so that says it All! Newcastle was buzzing and friendly.

These are basic but cheap premier inns. Arriving home from a night shift to a room (fridge) of 13c. Given a electric heater to try and warm the room up and 20 minutes later given another room which is slightly warmer.

Comfortable, clean and close to relevant amenities. Was well placed to visit friends in Chester le street and attend the metro arena for Elton John concert. Easy for transport links into Newcastle and the metro centre.

We found the hotel was located in a quiet area, not to far from shopping centres or Newcastle, we would stay there again, my grand children loved staying in their own room, it's the first time for them, I was comfortable knowing they were safe and secure, there was an adjoining door if needed

Stayed here a few times now and has never disappointed, this time we stayed here was to go shopping at the metro centre which is about 10 minutes away previous trips here have been to go to Beamish living museum which is only a few miles away. I would recommend this premier inn.

Chose to eat at Champs Bar and utilise the 20% discount off evening meal. This is a busy sports bar with lots of tv screens but this did not put us off. Food was served...

We didn't need anything fancy as we were out all day at the wedding. Room was clean and had a great comfortable bed. particularly the fold-down for our daughter who often...

the staff are friendly. the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was hot and freshly served. the only downside was the temperature control clicking throughout the night which did keep us awake. the toby grill next door was very good quality and the service was good.
