Im writing this review on behalf of my family and I who decided to stage our annual reunion at the Antoinette. The rooms are as described by other reviewers- very tired and dated. The lift was so slow you ascended literally brick by brick and was actually quite frightening. However, it was the plumbing disaster that occurred during the stay...

Dear Joanne B, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am sorry to learn that you were dissapointed with the allocated room, and for the inconvenience experienced as a result of a lack of water. Please be assured that had you brought these issues to our attention prior to check-out, a room move would have been...

The photos on the hotel website are not of this hotel. Rooms are rundown, smells of cigarette smoke even though the door signs say no smoking, and there is no lift to the upper floors. The rooms look like an old apartment house or dormitory that has not been kept up. Wifi is free but breakfast is not. The biggest...

Dear paperbackOkc, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Please be assured that images shown are representative of the hotel. I apologise that you were under the impression that the hotel was close to the airport, as this is not indicated on any of our booking sites. Its a great hotel with very friendly staff and a great location. Its everything you need in a hotel ie a bed for the night and a shower and toilet en suit to freshen up in. Breakfast was all you can eat and was lush. Thank you for a lovely stay team. X

My daughter was married at the hotel in August. The food was excellent and Rebecca and her staff had decorated the tables beautifully ,the pic n mix table was set up just as we wanted it. However we were very let down by something as basic as the wine service! On looking at some photos the next day I noticed...

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a friends wedding nearby. Check in was quick and helpful. When we got to our room it was like a seventies bed and breakfast! Wood chip wallpaper on walls and ceilings!!. Very dated bathroom with cracked and grubby tiles. That said, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard buffet fare, a little cold...

Good location. Booked a single room was £66 for one night. Everything in it that you would require, however not a good bed. Didn't sleep well at all. Neither did the rest of my family in other rooms. Didn't eat breakfast as didn't look to good for £9. Felt that the coffee machine in reception could have been complimentary. It...

We chose the Antoinette Hotel as our wedding venue and we couldn`t be happier with the choice. Rebecca Ellis, our organiser, and the entire staff at the Hotel went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we wanted. It was just a beautiful day, the meal was amazing and so was the DJ they recommended us. The way...

From the moment we met our organiser Rebecca Ellis, we knew we had chosen the right venue for our wedding day. We were consulted on every issue, every step of the way and everything was handled totally professionally. On the day the table layout and presentation was perfect and the whole day went trouble free due to the constant attention...

The location of this hotel was perfect for my training course in Kingston, just a pleasant 20 minute walk. Check in staff were excellent and very helpful as were all staff and employees we spoke to during our stay. On arrival we were advised that we had a garden room. The garden is a nice outdoor space but the building...

Our room was large clean and reasonably priced, and considering our proximity to London the price of a pint was reasonable too! Despite the large room the en-suite was tiny, ridiculous. The hotel is also a wedding venue, and a busy one, and can do two wedding parties at the same time, luckily our room was about as far from...
