From the moment I arrived the service was faultless... The lovely blonde, smiley receptionist (sorry didn't get your name) treated me so lovely, thank you!! I was fortunate enough to stay in the Catherine Parr suite which was devine! Spotless, comfortable, exquisitely furnished and I definitely felt like a Princess for the evening. I had dinner in the pub restaurant recommended by the waiter and was not disappointed... It was hot, fresh and very tasty!! It is a 5km walk along the river to Hampton Court Palace and just across Kingston Bridge into town... It was all round fabulous! I cannot wait to return, thank you!

We stayed one night having stayed before. The room was very comfortable and amenities very good namely a fridge, iron and board, good soaps etc and very clean and good fresh appearance. We ate in evening just a burger but still very nice and there is a good choice of menu. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s well situated being on the Hampton Wick side of Kingston bridge so great location for Kingston centre, Bushy Park and the Thames walks with Hampton Court Palace just over a miles walk along the river. The value for the area is excellent and we would highly recommend it as an excellent place to stay.

My wife wished to visit Hampton Court Palace for her birthday treat so we decided to stay a couple of days at this hotel nearby. The place was very clean and covid safe. Great location to either walk to Hampton Court Palace or walk over the Thames to Kingston on Thames for a wander around to shop or have dinner, we did all of these. The staff at the hotel were very attentive to our needs and all were friendly. The pub part of the hotel was great too and we had dinner there too. The room was very comfy too and perfect for our needs. We will definitely stay there again.

Certainly Pubs in this country are transformed over the year. This is a fine example. For starry the location is perfect. To the left the central of town, to the right a few miles Hampton Court and just in front of you, Richmond park and the River. The pub has a large car park with easy access and ramp for disables. You need to used a mask as soon you enter and register your stay. The staffs are very efficient and cordial. I was impressed with the beautiful and perfect mix cocktails. The menu for dinner was top class. You have to remember that under present conditions you need to order before 9pm as the Kitchen is close at 10. Apart for that is a perfect place to stay and enjoy a roaring fire.

Hello 255marthapatriciad Thank you for the very kind review and we are so glad you enjoyed your time even with the early closing off the kitchen at 9pm and the bar at 10pm. At this time of year when it gets a little cold their is nothing better than an open fire to relax by with a drink. We look forward to you visit us again. Thanks Tony General Manager
