I love my hotels clean!!!!!! And that was is truly hits all bullseyes!! Quick stay for two in great comfort and cosy atmosphere. We were planning a more expensive hotel, but so happy decided on this one! Great value for money!
We stayed for a 2 day leisure break to visit Chessington World of Adventures, Ham House and other locations nearby. Every member of staff we encountered couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. They were knowledgeable about the area, friendly, offered assistance where we needed it and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean modern, comfortable and had a view of the racing stables or racecourse. The lobby/bar is spacious and we enjoyed a relaxing drink in there. Breakfast was continental (but you can order a hot roll or toast) and very organised. It was fresh and substantial (and the coffee was delicious). Our room was clean, the iron and hairdryer were good quality and we had 2 nights great sleep. Staff will give you a pack of coffee/tea/sugar/milk on arrival and replenish if you need it. We were too tired to go for dinner and we were given a list of delivery options. We had a Greek takeaway dinner and the receptionist ensured we had clean plates and cutlery. It was greatly appreciated. We loved this hotel and would definitely return. …
We stayed at this hotel whilst visiting from Scotland and our friends who live in nearby Banstead. We has stayed at a nearby hotel the night before (which was awful and checked out very early). This meant we arrived late morning ahead of the 2pm check in. However the staff were very welcoming all prepared and were pleased to allow us early check in which was a huge relief. Superbly located with ample safe parking and either views across the race course or over the sky line of london, this was a very comfortable hotel. Due to Covid again small amenity packs were handed at reception with tea, coffee etc for you room. There was only a double bed in the room but it was comfortable and fine for a night. our room also had a sofa bed. There was a bar open for guests and icemachine and snack machine on the ground floor. The lobby was bright and airy with seating and tables etc socially distant. Breakfast was efficient and guest could either eat in or grab and go. Choice of a hot sausage or bacon bap too which was perfect, lots to choose from. Again on checking out staff were very polite checking everything ok - I felt very safe staying here during the covid pandemic and would definitely return…
This was the first stay in a hotel this year. Visiting family who live in the area. Hotel was excellent and Covid procedures strictly adhered to. We felt so safe and reassured with the measures taken by the staff. Hotel was spotless in all areas abd constantly being disinfected. Rooms were not serviced and you are made aware of this but can request cleaning and extras if necessary. Breakfast was limited and basic Continental although you were offered hot baps of sausage, bacon or cheese. Unfortunately no veggie sausages on the day we were there but there was enough choice to keep us going. Fantastic staff throughout, everyone was extremely professional and welcoming. Hotel was on the outskirts of Epsom about half an hours walk, lots of other fabulous walks all around the Downs plus two pubs within walking distance.A great experience in the current times. Thank you Holiday Inn Epsom.…
