If you are meeting up with a group before going to Hampton Court this is a decent lunch option. Proper old pub with nice beer and pies - obviously a much better option than the tourist canteen inside the Palace.

A real rustic feel inside, most of the staff are friendly and interested. Nice to have an occasional breakfast there, not real value for money but the atmosphere makes up for it with decent customers visiting this place and location. Property backs onto Hampton Court Palace and after its lovely to walk around some parts of the grounds and it's... More

Woken up at 5:30am due to a false fire alarm & had to evacuate the hotel. Struggled to get back to sleep, rooms very hot. Was informed breakfast would be between 8-11am, went at 10:30 to be told breakfast stopped serving at 10am. Thought they could of at least put on a slice of toast? Paid full price for bed... More

Hi GreenTeam06, I am very sorry to hear of your recent stay and apologise that we were unable to make your day on this occasion. I can only extend my apology regarding the fire alarm and there is no excuse for this although unavoidable. I appreciate that a good night’s sleep is the bare minimum you expect from a hotel... 50 years ago we held our wedding reception here and returned last weekend to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. The manager and his staff could not have been friendlier or more efficient. We booked 9 rooms for family and each indidual was delighted with the service and the food. We would definitely come back to stay as the rooms were... More

Stayed for 1 night after concert at Hampton Court Palace. Located, attached to the palace maze gates. Staff excellent. Room, though small, adequate. Very clean. Good Location, excellent. Value for money considering location, and good nights sleep, as bed so comfortable. Not too noisy. Dinner filling and tasty. Breakfast good, brilliant choice for vegetarians too.

This was the second event of its kind and just gets better and better. Perfect venue, great musicians, tasty food so altogether A fabulous night.

My husband and I have just returned from our overnight stay at The King's Arms and I have to say that we had a really lovely time. The building dates back to the 1700s & it remains true to the period. The bar area is lovely and cosy and the staff friendly. The hotel rooms are named after key figures... More

We went here for both breakfast and dinner, a little pricey but excellent food and great service. I had the steak and ale pie for dinner and full English for breakfast- both were huge and really well done. Decor is traditional, great variety of beers and food.
