The King's Arms is a very old pub with hotel rooms upstairs. Check in is at the bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Located an easy walk from Hampton Court Palace and Hampton Court railway station on a busy street. Some people might be bothered by traffic noise if windows are kept open for fresh air. Room size and bathroom size was... More

Great hotel. We went there for a old friends funeral. We got there very late and they were very accommodating. The staff went far and beyond to please us. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend this place.

First visited The Kings Arms in July to attend my Grand-daughter's Graduation ceremony. Decided to bring her for a treat and to visit Hampton Court. Had a warm welcome and a lovely room overlooking the park. Delicious breakfast the next morning with everything you could wish for from full English to muffins, croissants and honey in a honeycomb - table... More

We stopped here for a drink just before visiting Hampton court palace. This is an authentic old style pub with great interior, cosy seating and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a stop before or after your visit of the palace and it's grounds.

We stayed here for an event in Hampton Palace. The location is excellent but sadly that's where the praise ends. The room (no11) was tired and worn. The. Furniture tatty and scratched looked like it had come from a house clearance. At the time of booking we requested a gluten free breakfast - sadly again this had been completely ignored.... More

Well worth nipping out of the grounds whilst visiting Hampton Court, to the Kings Arms for a proper pub lunch at exceptional value. There are tables outside and inside is warm, welcoming and traditional. Staff were friendly and service prompt and efficient. The food was really tasty (we had a couple of pies and veg) and great value given this... More

If you are meeting up with a group before going to Hampton Court this is a decent lunch option. Proper old pub with nice beer and pies - obviously a much better option than the tourist canteen inside the Palace.

My daughter paid full price for one nights bed and breakfast for us to visit Hampton Court Flower Show. We had a warm welcome from the manager but the rooms he gave us were tired and scruffy. The bathrooms were spotless but every where else was dusty and sticky. The bedrooms were so hot and we couldn't get the double... More
