Stayed for one night during a forces reunion weekend. The hotel is situated fairly close and within walking distance of the town centre. There is ample parking. The rooms are adadequate and have all you would need for a short stay though they are showing signs of wear. Can't fault the staff who are efficient and friendly. Food and bar...

The room was spacious, clean and lovely, the bed was really comfortable however that is it.... The bar should have been open until 11pm but closed at 10:15- the staff member called Lisa who proclaimed to be the manager was rude to us blatantly and very very ignorant with no people skills whatsoever. The breakfast staff were clumsy and sarcastic-...

Stayed in lodge room, very spacious and clean. Good location regardless of where you need to be in Burton. Parking on site. Check in was just ok, reception staff nothing more than ok. Breakfast team very friendly and welcoming. The food was good, fresh produce, Will stay at Queens again when next in town. Previously always stayed travelodge, but this...

We arrived too early to book in but were welcomed by a very bright young lady on reception. We were directed to the brewery museum, (one of the reasons for our visit). When we returned to book in later in the afternoon reception was quite busy and the older lady on the desk seemed not very cheerful. Our room was...

I booked this hotel because of a friend birthday party nearby and it was very good value. When we arrived and inspect our room and it was so lovely high ceiling and very old property but with a modern twist inside. The bathroom was all new and the bedroom was great. It was comfortable during our stay. And a short...

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting family in the local area. On arrival we couldn't find a parking space, that seems very limited and so had to double park. We didn't have the best welcome from the receptionist and she didn't freely give out any information. Arrived at our room in the annex and although it was mid afternoon...

The entrance through from the carpark to reception was beautiful and well maintained. We were assigned rm. 20. @£55 for B&B, which we thought was great value. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was dated yet it was very clean. The floor of the room sloped and the furniture was angled respectively, with one side of the double bed...
