Stayed for 1 night whilst attending a family event near by. Very clean and comfortable, as well as reasonably priced. Ample free parking, with the pub just next door for evening meal and breakfast. Usually only 1 tea bag each in a Premier Inn, but we don't mind taking a few of our own when we're only paying £35 for... More

As you would expect of a Premier hotel. Little character but adjacent to a Beefeater and Morrisons which could come in handy. £4 taxi (booked through reception) into Burton centre. Great value for a night in Burton.

Comfortable, great value, friendly, the best, you will not be disappointed. The bed is amazing, I must get one, with the selection of pillows too depending whether you like soft medium or firm. Prem Inn accommodates everyone.

This Hotel was very clean, but cold. I mentioned this to Reception the next morning before going out for the day.. When I returned that evening the Staff had put a electric radiator on in my room. I consider this very good service.

I've stayed at this hotel several times before without problems but on my most recent visit it was a bit like faulty towers. The poor girl on reception was experiencing IT problems. This meant she couldn't check any one in and when she did manage to get someone checked in she couldn't get the machine to programme the key cards.... More

Premier Inn is always my first choice for hotels when away from home. This one gave us a surprisingly large room that easily fitted a king size bed, two single beds and still plenty of room for little ones to play. Being a regular to Premier Inn I always ask for extra tea and milk plus extra towels when it's... More

Another comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean Premier Inn. Well informed staff. The adjacent Beefeater restaurant has serious competition across the road at Morrisons who supply a large breakfast for £4.50. Admittedly kids don't eat free at Morrisons. My first breakfast was swimming in water draining off mushrooms. The second mornings breakfast wasn't much better as bacon had burned in the pan... More

You get what you expect of a premier inn- reasonable prices, decent beds and a clean room. It was the last statement ( clean room) that has knocked this from a four to a three level review. There was a giant cobweb in two corners of the room we stayed in and my son found a cigarette lighter under the... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend and his family as we had a party to attend and upon arrival there was some confusion as we had booked two rooms but one had been paid for. The lady on reception was being very patronising and rude towards me when I tried to explain that our room is the room we need... More

This hotel is close to A38 and not far from A50 (8miles). It has lift access which was important for us as we had a trolley of medical equipment with over 30kg on board. Access from the car park to reception is normally via steps, but the lift access to right requires a room card to access which until one... More
