I usually stay here a lot but this year they have handed over the booking process to another company and the full amount is now payable up front rather than a deposit, hence i've not booked any stays this year..... however, seeing an excellent offer recently on Group on, a group of us booked 3 rooms for the night. As... More

The hotel reception and bar looks tired and shabby! Staff in reception were not helpful- we had a queue and one receptionist was trying to deal with someone who couldn't speak English and so it was taking time- I asked if there were any other staff and was told "no they are on lunch"! Room was also tired and not... More

Did an 8 person package and stayed in one of the village lodges next to the hotel. Sleeps 5 persons. They were really nice , ideal for small children. Restaurants nearby pleasant well kept surroundings. Easy access to monorail for the park and walking distance to splash landings situated in the hotel. Breakfast included. Ate at the secret garden in... More

Room is really nice with a double and a single bed, ironing facilities and coffee making facilities which we don't use. Bathroom modern and spacious too. Tv... More

We stayed here for one night, and wish we had booked for longer! The room was really spacious, as there were only two of us in the family sized room. The room was clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was really clean and spacious. It's great to have a bath and a shower. The only slight downside was the TV didn't have... More
