We stayed at splash landings for a night as a treat for my sons 8th birthday, he absalutely loved it! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The water park was brilliant. Evening singer was fab! And the magician spent time with the kids and entertained them, which we really appreciated. Slight bit disappointed that the water park closed at 4pm!... More

We went on a family trip to Splash landings on a Santa sleepover. We went for 2 nights and really enjoyed the pantomime & the water park . We have been to Alton towers resort and we did prefer it to splash landings but the kids preferred it here. The restaurant for breakfast was a bit busy and we had... More

Visited this weekend with friends for a birthday. They allow 4 adults in a family room, this includes breakfast too. We also got free tickets to the waterpark as there was a Pirate themed weekend on. Great for kids/big kids, stuff everywhere for them to do, loads of entertainment. You can walk through from Splash Landings to the main hotel... More

We booked our a trip a week previous as a late treat, we arrived on February 6 th for the pirate and princes weekend we booked in and were advised we only had waterpark tickets for that day I was told we would have tickets for both days when I booked which left us disappointed. We checked out on Sunday... More

Stayed for one night in a beachcomber room in splash landings on floor 2. Very accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs, however only one lift work so therefore very busy and a lot of time wasted queuing for lift. Reception staff well attitude very poor unhelpful uncooperative on check in however when required extra tea coffee very obliging. Restaurant all you... More

Excellent swift check in, room good for money the water park was lots of fun, food at secret garden was great, we first went to flambos grill which was terrible though. Thanks Alton towers. We did have a problem that my daughters birthday balloons did not turn up but they made her feel very special at dinner with a teddy... More

Don't really know what to say about the night events but hotel itself was nice and hotel staff were amazing, although it had it's glitches. Good parts. This place is nothing short of awful. The rooms are a joke for the price, we were given a room in the far corner of the bottom floor that felt like a cell. No wardrobe or soft furnishings which I can deal with in a £29 Travelodge... Stop next door if you must stay there.

This time I decided to go for the cheapest available option which was splash landings hotel family room for 6. Slightly apprehensive but can't fault at all. The room was a good size and huge bonus was on the waterpark entrance level! Yay ! Everything was great interesting production of Cinderella!! No queues in the waterpark but we didn't get... More

We stayed here 1 night as we'd travelled quite a distance to visit the water park (which is fantastic!!) ..the hotel is very nice and clean and our room was spacious and adequate enough for our needs. We thought the price per night was very expensive and the food in the restaurant we ate in was expensive. However, we all... More
