I stayed here for two nights with my 2 horses and dog on our 300 mile ride around the South West. It was the first time they have done an equestrian B&B and we were quite happy to be the guinea-pigs! The horses had a lovely field with plenty of good grass and water and were delighted. The stable yard... More

Although this review is a little late, the memory of our stay is still fresh in our minds. We had a wonderful stay, a very friendly welcome and made to feel like it was a home from home. The full English breakfast was amazing and a good set up for the day ahead. A good starting point for all of... More

Staff helpful and friendly, especially a lady who took time out to pay attention to our toddler as he was interested in the animals and she let him feed the chickens. (I think she may have owned the farm) the views from the garden and seating areas are beautiful, very peaceful. Lovely garden for children to have a run around.... More

My wife and myself had a couple of days away to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival at the Place to stay we had a warm welcome from Sam our host who took the time to show and explain the layout of the guest house and showed us to our room which overlooked the front garden and nearby countryside. Our ensuite... More

We had a great weekend here with our dogs. The dogs stayed in a stable across from our room which was great all round. The location is very picturesque some lovely walks. It's a great place to stop at to then go site seeing, we went to Cheddar Gorge and Weymouth. The host are friendly and informative. The breakfast was... More

We stayed 1 night here on our way to a wedding. The room we stayed in was one of the ones in was in the converted barn. The room itself wasn't huge but enough space for a 1 night stay. The bathroom was modern and clean We arrived a bit late for the afternoon tea we had booked but they... More

From the outside the Farm looks amazing, upon entering it is slightly less picturesque. Although I appreciate it is a very old building the décor could have been a little newer & nicer, less shabby. The welcome was warm from a very animated lady, we were shown to our room which was in the house section. Good sized and very... More

on arrival, the place looked very picturesque with beautiful views , but once inside the dissapointments began. the customer service was naive and poor at best, the room had apparantly been "Re furbed" , well if it had, it was unfinished , bare wood on the floor as a bathroom threshold and skirting, unfinished works, no wardrobe for clothes, and... The staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. The property is ideally located for a bit of quiet with stunning views. The rooms are spacious and clean and comes equipt with everything you may need, and the breakfast is delightful. The spa treatments are really well priced. We couldnt recommend this place more. We look forward to our next stay.

this is our second visit in under a year and we absolutely loved it. Sam, our host, was an absolute delight - head chef, manager, mine of information and handyman building his own outdoor cooking area - the place would be lost without him. We stayed in the courtyard area and although wifi is limited in this area, who cares!... More
