When the delightful Jackie shows you to the white front door of what looks like a tiny stone shed you will probably think, Hmmmm. But when she opens that door you will say WOW! Jackie and Roger have created a delightful, well equipped, spacious holiday home. The very high roof make the place look huge. The two single beds combine... More

A delightful B & B. The owners are most welcoming and kind. The little barn itself is perfect. There is no more to be said but the computer says I have to contribute 200 characters. Still not enough ..... alright then, breakfast was delicious!

The Cyder Barn has to be one of the nicest B & Bs anywhere. The self contained, restored little property is charming, comfortable and well equipped. The owners, Jaqui and Roger, are excellent hosts, couldn't be more helpful and serve up a great breakfast in their pretty dining room a few steps away across the drive. The Cyder Barn does... More

We had an over night stay at The Cyder Barn and would thoroughly reccomend this B&B. From the moment I booked to the moment we left, we were treated wonderfully. Jackie and Roger made us feel welcome and at home. The Cyder Barn itself was an amazing place to stay in. Very well refurbished and kept very clean. The welcome... More

We've stayed in hundreds of B&Bs around the world, and this is one of the best and most memorable. Located in an idyllic country setting, the listed historic barn has been refurbished to the highest standards, replete with tiled bath, kitchenette, marvelous comfortable bed, and wonderful free-standing seclusion. Because the nearby restaurant was closed on Mondays, Jackie and Roger drove... More

The Cyder Barn is by far the best B&B I've ever stayed in. The barn was lovely and comfortable with a very charming, homely touch. The effort Jackie and Roger have put in really shows and their hospitality was wonderful! The barn is a detached building and you have your own key, therefore there isn't a specific time you have... Having now stayed at the Cyder Barn for a third time it seems long overdue to say how brilliant the Barn is. Always a very warm welcome from Jackie and Roger (both full of useful tips on things to do nearby), an immaculate and very private Barn room with all the character of the building itself, lots of useful extras,... I have been meaning to write a review, and apologise for the delay. My partner and I stayed at the Cyder Barn in the main house in September 2011. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts, friendly and extremely helpful. They even kindly drove us to a nearby venue where we were attending a wedding. Excellent breakfast... More
