Sorry to hear you had all these problems. Funny though we didn't hear anything from you after you checked in nor when you checked out. Had we been given the chance we could have helped you instead of being informed about your problems on a review. Bit unfair this review I would say.

We stayed here as all the hotels in Bath were very over priced. This is a great place to stay and very good value. Basic accommodation but has everything you need for a weekend away! Lovely place and would stay again if I was visiting Somerset

Just stayed one night in a twin bed chalet. It did smell damp when we went in .There was a leak in the bath room which we duly reported and we were thanked for letting them know. The staff were very helpful and all were very pleasant. we ate in the restaurant twice. We had an evening meal in the...

It's hidden away and it felt as if we had turned back the hands of time for a holiday of old.....It's a little qwerky but fun.....Ok the room was a little dated and in need of a refurb but it was ok...good value for the money....All the staff we met were friendly and...

Another brilliant NYE here! 16 of us went this year, adults and kids! Friendly welcome, warm, clean caravans! Great entertainment and buffet! Whilst the site itself doesn't have the best disabled facilities it has the most inclusive staff and clients! In the words of my niece it 'was a blast'. An easy, safe, fun NYE for young and old! **...

Well ile start off by saying warrens was always close to my heart, I grew up in clevedon a stones throw from the site so has always been nice almost like 'coming home'. I now live in Weston with my family and I'm an avid fisherman, and my partner also enjoys the sport. I decided back in 2012 to start...

Incredibly rude receptionist, very uncomfortable and noisy creaky bed and a musty smell in the room. The actual room was reasonable for the price, but unable to relax thanks to the receptionist, the smell and the cheap ye olde bed. Never again.

easy to find..just off M5 motorway, Friendly welcome in reception, opened the door and met with a spotlessly clean chalet, breakfast was excellent and the lady taking my order could not have been more helpful,, Nice to meet genuinely friendly helpful staff...and not fake ones that are just being "efficient" anyone that has stayed in one of the bigger hotel...

We needed somewher to stay on route to Cornwall and booked a lodge at Warrens Village. To be honest I didn't know what to expect. Set outside Clevedon past a housing estate my Satnav took me straight to the entrance in the dark. On arrival I recieved a very warm welcome and provided details to the lodge. Although basic the...
