Stayed for one night on our way home from Cornwall. Warm welcome from reception on arrival and our room was to the usual Premier Inn standard. As it was hot we had to open the window even though a fan was provided and it was quite noisy as our room overlooked a takeaway Subway and a petrol station. We had... More

On our way to Cornwall decided to break the journey and as we have stayed before it was an easy decision to stay again. A clean comfortable room and a good breakfast next door in the morning. Will probably stay again in the future.

On arrival the restaurant was very inviting clean and bright. Ordered meal and drinks. The meal was excellent 2 rib eye and 1 sirloin steak came well presented and cook to perfection. The drink were well chilled. Staff are of an excellent, and very helpful. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

Great staff, amazing bed! Very clean and modern. No air con but fan provided. Staff were excellent and willing to help. Situated close to amenities etc. Would stay again. Had breakfast next door at the brewers fayre which was ok, lacked a bit of taste and all food was a bit bland and boring but it does what it says... More

We had a family room for one night with our two year old. The staff were very welcoming. The room including cot as requested comfortable & clean. Our room was on the ground floor with the window overlooking the garage previously mentioned by other reviewers. This did mean we needed to keep the window shut to block out noise. However... More

we stayed here in May en route to Cornwall and found it to be an excellent stop over venue to break the trip. Parking was plentiful and free, reception was friendly and helpful in recommending local eateries and a Brewers Fayre was next door which seemed to cater well for kids, rooms were clean well equipped and of a good... Clean and comfortable room with convenient place to eat right next door. However, the reason for writing this review is to thank the staff or their friendly and helpful service. We came to the area to take part in a equestrian competition at nearby Stretcholt and when we couldn't find taxi transport between the venue and the hotel they allowed... More

We had a one night stay in a family room, the hotel is positioned just behind a garage and quite close to the main road, but to be fair we had a very good nights sleep. On arrival the receptionist was pleasant and professional as you would expect. The one thing I find infuriating with Premier Inn is the vast... More

The room was lovely and clean and fabulous bed but was ruined by the heat in the room. They do provide a fan and you can open the window slightly but shame there is no air-con. Some premier inns do have air-con so not sure why not all do would be really beneficial. The hotel staff were very good and... More
