Ok. Got charged for a family room 2 nights when there was only 2 of us when there was no one in any of the other rooms on one of the nights. At GBP 90 at the very top end of what you should pay for the room. Breakfast unremarkable. Owner very pleasant and helpful. It's a mile or so...

I am so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, I only let the family room to you because I could hear you loudly proclaiming to your wife at the TIC that you didn't want to spend all your holidays looking for accomadation. I did have an enquiry for a family for a week after you had booked, but that's the...

The rooms are spacious and we had a good night's sleep. The host is great and gave us lots of tips. The English breakfast is abundant and tasty. We checked in late and Lynn waited for us which is very nice. Highly recommended!

My daughter and two little grandsons stayed here for three nights and I joined them for two. This is the perfect farmhouse comfort and beauty you would imagine in the Cotswolds. Full of old world charm and warmth with all the comfort of high class accommodation. The rooms are enormous, as are the bathrooms. The full English breakfast was cooked...

Stayed one night as we hiked the Diamond Way. It was about a 2 km walk off the trail for us and so without a car we were a little isolated but the hostess was very helpful. We took a taxi to Burford for dinner. Breakfast was delicious. Room for 3 of us was very spacious and could have easily...

Perfect! Beautiful location - very quiet & peaceful and well-placed to explore the local villages. Lynne was a fantastic hostess - very warm and welcoming. Generous breakfast that kept us going well into the afternoon. We had a wonderful stay and would have no hesitations about recommending it to others.

I stayed here with my husband for a few days as we wanted to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We chose this farm as it is in a great location for touring the villages in the Cotswolds. We had an en-suite double room which was very spacious and decorated in traditional farmhouse style....

We stayed here at the start, and when we'd finished (caught train back from Henley to Kingham) walking the Oxfordshire Way. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and all our requirements were met. There is always a very relaxed and welcoming attmosphere.
