Premier Inn's never disappoint me. This one is no exception. I had a lovely room (Number 19). The staff even left me Fox's biscuits and a hot chocolate with a personal note! The room is at the front, so it could possibly be noisy if you had to leave the windows open, I didn't I had them shut, but I... More

Our usual hotel when we stay in Abingdon for family visits. This time it was a surprise party for our daughter organised by our two grand daughters. We had requested early access so that my wife could change after our journey from Suffolk. Due to granddaughter re-organisation we went directly to the party venue so actually arrived at the hotel... First time in a Premier Inn having usually stayed at Travelodge. Overall it felt like a step up in class, generally everything felt just that bit better. However the clincher was the personal service. On checking in we asked about our visit and my wife mentioned it was her birthday.15 mins later there was a knock on our room and she... More

The staff at the Abingdon Premier Inn are very helpful and the service is good but the tired premises let the side down. I suppose our recent stays at Tewkesbury and Weston Super Mare had given the Abingdon PI a difficult task to live up to. Two days before we were due to arrive we received a call from the... More

Very friendly atmosphere as you would expect from a small hotel. Even though it is part of a large group. The reception staff were very efficient and could not do enough for us. I had it stayed in a Premier Inn for some time and was very impressed with the new breakfast menu. Cooked to order, hot and very tasty.... More

Very friendly welcome and efficient check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is slightly out of town but still within walking distance. Abingdon was a pleasant surprise with medieval streets and a nice pub, the Nags head, to visit by the river. The weatherspoons pub in town is also good for reasonably priced meals.

Numerous stays in this hotel and always satisfied. Overall cleanliness is good, staff are excellent, one minor issue would be that the buffet counter at breakfast is a bit hit and miss depending on how many greedy bast**ds have got there before you, some of those last weekend are in need of a lesson in etiquette and tables manners, however this should not detract... Stayed one night whilst visiting family nearby. The day prior to our visit we were contacted by a charming gentleman to inform us that there are no lifts in the building, so would we need a ground floor room. We requested a top floor quiet room which is just what we got. The best bed I have ever slept in!... More
