We loved staying here. The decor is very attractive and just right for the location. we were made to feel really welcome with lovely tea and cake on arrival and a delicious breakfast the next day. Along with a lovely, comfy bed what more could we want?!

We stayed three nights, would loved to have stayed longer. We have travelled ALOT, both for work and pleasure and this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Great location, quiet road with parking, short walk to harbour and all amenities. Only three bedrooms, all immaculately decorated, very stylish with great facilities. We stayed in the blue... More

We booked this B&B back in October 2015 for Dec12th for one night on our way to Scotland for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. A very nice welcome by the owner who offered to make us a drink and sit down in the living room where she has a Real Open fire, Just the ticket on a cool night. The whole... More

Lovely 3 day break at The Bakehouse. We arrived early and it wasn't a problem, our rooms were ready. Julie made us a lovely pot of tea that we had in the guest lounge which is a really cosy room with an open fire. Rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated , great tea tray with a good selection of drinks... More

Stayed as a couple last week for 3 nights and this wonderful B&B in Seahouses. It was our first visit to Northumberland from the West Midlands. The Bakehouse is in a good position in the street behind the harbour and in a very quiet area. We had the double red room and the standard of comfort and little touches made... More

This was our second stay at The Bakehouse and as warm and welcoming as the first. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and the electric log burner style fire was a handy addition to the room as it was especially wet and cold during our half term stay, as was the small fridge with water and fresh milk for the... This is quite possibly the nicest b&b we have stayed in. Julie couldn't have been more welcoming or kind. The room and guest lounge provided were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was first class. We were given great recommendations and lent a parking permit too. Lovely place. Highly recommended.

Amazing hospitality! Comfortable bed and a lovely B&B. We were made to feel at home. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The chap who was looking after us even got up to make sure breakfast was ready at 05:30 in the morning!

Warm welcome and a beautifully appointed room. Tasteful decor, a very comfy bed and an extraordinarily good breakfast. But that’s not all. It’s the small touches that make the difference; they’re everywhere and I hope Julie, the landlady, will forgive me if I’ve missed a few. There’s proper little jars of coffee in the bedroom and fresh milk in the... More
