Visited this B&B on Saturday 12th and was a bit concerned based on some previous reviews about the place but these concerns where soon put to bed as the owners are extremely kind, helpful and friendly people, they are more than happy to wash and dry your wet clothes, the hot water is brilliant for a shower but the only... We had a great stay with Isabel and David. They are very friendly and lovely host. They got a lovely house and garden and also wild birds. Isabel also show me around their farm and allow me to help her collect some free rang eggs which was a great fun. Lovely room, very nice breakfast and super host. We had... More

A fantastic farm stay experience, quiet and comfortable with great homegrown food all supplied by the friendliest hosts. The award winning marmalade is a must, not far from Bellingham and amenities. Note the address is in Bellingham, not Morpeth. Highly recommended.

It seems this review is contrary to most others. Perhaps my experience was unusual. Considering the cost of my stay I think the accommodation expensive. My bed was exceedingly uncomfortable the mattress being lumpy, and I'm not a fussy person. The facilities are no different to others I stayed in during the week's travelling in the area for which I... More

Lovely quiet b&b, beautiful surroundings and very friendly owners. Very close to kielder which is great for exploring. Would definitely recommend here for a relaxing break for couples or families. Breakfast was great also!

My husband, daughter and I were in need of a place to stay for 1 night close to the Winter Wonderland location of Kielder Forest. I had spent ages online looking for somewhere that would accommodate the 3 of us in one room as my daughter is only 3 and it seemed silly paying for 2 separate rooms when she... More

We stayed at Bridgeford for one night during a walking trip through Northumberland. It is located in a farm building approximately a mile away from Bellingham. Our hosts were extremely friendly. Since we were a bit exhausted from our days walk, they took us to Bellingham by car for dinner and collected us again later. The location is very quiet... More

We arrived early and the host Isabel was very accommodating by letting us into our room early. The farm is VERY remote. You have to drive along a track for half a mile through herds of sheep before you reach the house. Pros: Isobel was very friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean if a bit grandma-ish, very quiet... More

We arrived earlier than expected on Saturday after visiting the local Vindolanda and Hadrian's Wall. We were welcomed by by both of our hosts who were happy to chat about the farm and local area. The farm is away from the main road and surrounded by fields with sheep and lambs and backing onto a river. We heard no road... More

This is a real working farm but it was so quiet and peaceful. The only noise was the odd sheep bleating and this was minimal due to the double glazing. It is the best night's sleep I've had for ages. Breakfast was lovely too. The view from our room was great. I saw a red squirrel and a nuthatch a... More
