This hotel has 6 rooms and ours was extremely comfortable with a modern bathroom with amenities. The hotel is an old building but the restaurant and bar have a contemporary feel. The locally sourced food at dinner was excellent. Friendly staff and a warm welcome. Excellent

Many thanks for your kind words Sue & it's very pleasing you both had an enjoyable & memorable stay with us. I would like to think as a period building we have a pleasant mix of contemporary feel whilst maintaining the old characteristics or maybe I am biased. Sincerely hope we may see you both in the future all being well?

Many thanks Lorraine for your kind words & great to hear you were recommended to visit us & everything was to your satisfaction. Referall's & word of mouth play such an important part in our industry & in truth you have to stay ahead of your competitor's. Also reading your review you mentioned reasonably priced, this is a fine line as everyone has their own interpretation of 'value for money' & thankfully you were more than happy. Let's hope we see you both again ion the future if you decide to return to the area?

Kind words indeed Tracey & Darryl. Great you both had an enjoyable & pleasant stay with us. I do agree the personal touches do make a difference & mostly our customers do recognise this. We try to continually re-invest in our business which with this profession being so competitive, you have to maintain continuity & consistency across the board or the business will suffer because of this. Sincerely hope to see you return in the future & all being well, we can deliver just as an enjoyable experience as this one?

Is there parking?
Hi Leyton There is restricted street parking directly outside the hotel which is fine for loading and unloading. Overnight parking is available just down the street on the other side of the city walls. It's about a block and a bit in distance, but it's free. Cheers Mark
