Stayed 2 nights at this B & B and our hostess was really helpful and welcoming. Great value. Room was small but well equipped and spotless. Unlimited coffee and tea available whenever we wanted it. Breakfast was delicious with fresh berries to start, local produce for the full English and local honey for our toast afterwards. Great situation with everywhere... More

Would stay again without a doubt. Ticked all the boxes, and im fussy! Brilliant service, first class attention to detail (nice clean good quality sheets and towels), really welcoming and friendly. Plenty of parking free on a car park outside - never an issue, and the food was great.

While the hostess was accommodating, we could not recommend this bed and breakfast. Parking is across the street in the pay and park, which was unnerving. Our room was on the top floor. The steps didn't bother us- what bothered us was the room. Two hundred years ago- it would have been where the servants slept! The ceiling was so... More

We arrived early and were able to nab one of the few car parks available in the free parking across the street. We left our luggage in the car and went across the street to the Parade School Guest House and made ourselves known to our hostess. Our room wasn't quite ready but that wasn't an issue for us as... Friends paid for us to stay here overnight and what a lovely place it is spotless beautifully decorated throughout a lovely large comfy bed and Anne the owner is a lovely down to earth person and also the lady who cooked our breakfast which was excellent. Will definately return if we go back to Berwick which also is a lovely... More

Unfortunatelly only stayed for one night on a business trip. House is amazingly decorated and imaculately presented. Rooms are really cosy and well decorated with comfortable beds and all needed accesories. Breakfast served by Anna the owner is amazing and I wish I could repeat it soon. If around sometimes in near future I will definitelly be back. Great small... More

Very pleasant and comfortable guest house, well-placed close to the town centre but in a quiet area near to the Town Walls. Very clean. Friendly and helpful owner who made us very welcome. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of free parking right across the road.

The owner, Anne can be proud of the quality she provides to visitors. A bit over-decorated for me though. Embroidered pillows? Quality linen and the best towels. My room was very small but well presented and comfortable, but really a single room with double bed. (first floor, turn left, overlooks the rear mews). Removal of the unnecessary sofa would enable... Stayed for one night but wished it was for longer! The guesthouse was very clean and bright. Got a really warm welcome from the host, Anne. The Parade room was very roomy and sumptuous. Wide choice for breakfast including full English which was very tasty. Couldn't have asked for more. Definitely stay again.

This house is absolutely spotless and faultless. We had a lovely family room with en-suite, breakfast was fruit, croissants, English etc. and was superb. Ann, the host makes you feel very welcome and works hard to please. There is free parking opposite, so it was a joy to arrive and rest up before the onward journey. We would stay here... More
