The Lindisfarne Inn never fails to disappoint. I've been making regular stops here for the past 3 or 4 years whilst travelling on business. Unfortunately I'm only able to stay in the winter season when they have dinner, bed and breakfast deals at discounted prices. I'd be happy to pay full price in the summer season but my work expenses... More

Stayed for the weekend. Absolutely great value. Food was just right and very easy going staff. Great that we could bring the dog and he was pleased he could come in for meals with us. If I was to criticise it would be to say we were to warm in the room. Well done to you all and thanks for... More

I was driving back from northern Scotland and had this in mind for an evening meal. It's obviously in a fantastic location if you want to stay close to Holy Island. The choice was good and the steak and ale pie was beautiful. The home made chips with the parsnips and carrots to accompany it was lovely. The Nutella cheesecake... More

We have enjoyed this beautiful part of the world for many years and we are no stranger to the Lindisfarne Inn, where we have enjoyed a perfect stay. With superb accommodation, excellent cuisine, outstanding hospitality and a warm and friendly staff, who will go that extra mile to ensure that all of your requirements are fully met. The pleasant decor,... More

Easy spacious parking at the rear. Disappointing wait at the bar but maybe because it was at a very quiet time of the day. Lovely warm and comfortable. Stated that pets were welcome however didn't bring the dogs in as they were asleep in the car. Nice looking menu which was reasonably priced, however did not eat here so cannot say... More

We called here for lunch on our way home from Scotland. An excellent meal and can recommend the clootie dumpling. Staff were friendly and efficient and the food is reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.

This was my fourth visit to this inn. I stayed for two nights and had my dog with me. Great value and the food is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean The staff as always are very helpful and friendly. Only a five minute drive to Holy Island

Travelling south we were starving when we stumbled upon this Inn, and what a delightful surprise. We were greeted by an exceedingly polite and welcoming lady and proceeded to order our food. Predictable as ever hubby chose a burger and chips whilst I went for something I don't usually eat, steak and ale pie. When it arrived I lifted the... More

My mother and I took advantage of the excellent low season offer for dinner bed and breakfast for the second time. It had been two years since my last visit and it had been very good value, good food and very pleasant and professional staff before, this recent visit has excelled even more with refurbished decor, superb menus and as... Stayed here 1st November. Had booked in to stay on Holy Island but there was a power cut so we decamped here at the last minute. Had a fantastic deal. £89.90 for bed, breakfast and 2 course evening meal. The food and room were both great and the staff couldn't have been more friendly, polite and welcoming. Will definitely come... More
