Beautiful beer garden with lovely trees around and a view of the church. Friendly and pleasant. Dogs welcome inside the bar in a designated area and in the garden. And the bus to and from Newcastle stops right outside.

Ate here today. We've holidayed in this area for 6 years now, love Beadnell! Craster Arms is one of our go to places, we love that you can take your dog. Had a late lunch today, without having booked, no dog with us. Lots of reserved tables, the table nearest the bar was free. Ordered drinks and browsed the menu,... More

Thanks for the review Valerie. Great to hear you enjoyed the food, the cod and chips is always a favourite. Sorry about the table, and we really appreciate your understanding that we are a pub too. We just hope the group didn't effect your enjoyment too much and we're glad the experience hasn't put you of retuning. More

Food expensive , choice not basic enough without charging the full amount dishes on menu to fancy and over priced ,put me off going there this year as we went again this September 2016 people with dogs sectioned off and a loverly place apart from the food

We're sorry to hear the that our food menu doesn't appeal to you Petra. We do try and have a wide range of options on the menu and we price our food as fairly and as cheaply as possible. We were pleased that you like the pub itself though. More

We ate in the beer garden as the pub makes a thing of its dog friendliness. Lovely area to sit with flower baskets and dog water bowl. We even saw a hummingbird moth which was a treat. On a nice day you will find LOTS of dogs! The meal was very good so we went back another night and ate... More

Although we have been walking and staying in this great part of the country for many years, this was our first stay in Beadnell. What a find. From an afternoon pint in the sizeable beer garden, to a lovely bar meal, to a great overnight stay in a spacious and spotlessly clean room followed by an excellent breakfast. Met on... More

Lovely pub and garden. Called one day for lunchtime coffees and felt compelled to return for evening meals next day after we saw how good the food looked. Best to book at peak holiday times as it gets very busy but we were met, shown to a table and had our orders taken very efficiently. It was very hectic getting... More

Providing free wi-fi in public areas and serving food all day from breakfast to late evening snacks with local produce including seafood landed at nearby Seahouses featuring heavily on the menu. Our rooms are large, two of which feature seperate lounge areas ideal for families. We are a dog friendly establishment with designated dog friendly areas located throught the hotel and public bar. The Craster Arms is great for entertainment, playing host to local bands at weekends throughout the year from traditional folk to contemporary and tribute acts. In July our fantastic beer garden is the venu for our annual beer festival where ales from our many local micro breweries can be sampled along with great produce and entertainment.
