Great stay over half term week. Rooms excellent, food and wine first class already looking forward to returning! This is a great place to stay to visit Bambrugh as well as Alnwick castle etc. Plenty of parking as well.

Unfortunately we did not realise that the last weekend of the October break would mean that the restaurant would be absolutely packed when we ate at 8pm. Walking in to the dining room felt like walking into a packed holiday hotel restaurant at peak time....More

They do lovely seafood here and also filet mignon which was fabulous. It's quite expensive even compared with its neighbouring eateries but I would certainly go again. The restaurant itself is spacious and modern, a very pleasant experience

Doubt it. I have never seen dogs there. Manager has changed so may be worth calling them.
