Our room was charming, cosy and very comfortable, delightful staff who couldn't do enough for us. Outstanding food both at evening dinner and breakfast with a good choice of menu. We will be retuning very soon!
This former Manor House is about 2km from the castle. The room was well appointed and spacious. The public rooms were akin to 'drawing rooms' suitable for an aperitif before dinner. Our evening meal was ok but didn't live up to the hype (sorry)
