Very pleasant place to stop-over on the way further north. Cosy room, good food, and an interesting conversation with the owner before we left. Nice to meet someone with such an interesting history. Perfect start to a great holiday

We have recently stayed for a week and have really enjoyed being in this family run B&B. The breakfasts were beautifully prepared, with plenty of choice. Kevin and Linda are excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed comfortable. The view over the moors was delightful. We have had a relaxing...

Kevin & LInda are fantastic. Could not do enough for their guests. Breakfast was wonderful, could have as much as you required. Would certainly recommend this B & B to anyone. Alnwick is a lovely place and plenty of Restaurants, but do heed Kevin's advise on where to eat. The Art House in the town is well worth a visit,...

Stayed at Reighamsyde House for a couple of nights during a recent business trip to Alnwick. Couldn't have asked for a nicer B & B. The room was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities ( a must-have for me!), t.v, en-suite and the bed was was comfy. Woke refreshed and ready for my hearty breakfast. The owners Linda and...

Just returned from a short trip to Northumberland where we stayed at the Reighamsyde guesthouse in Alnwick. It's a lovely relaxed place run by a husband and wife team (Linda and Kevin) who couldn't do enough for us - it was like meeting a pair of long lost friends. The atmosphere was very relaxed, the views were beautiful and not...

We stayed at Reighamsyde for 3 nights from 28th July on our way to Edinburgh. Kevin was a most welcoming host and gave us plenty of advice on places to visit and eat. We had a pleasant room overlooking the garden with views of the fields beyond. The breakfasts were nicely cooked by Kevin's wife Linda and there was plenty...

We had travelled from Oban to Edinburgh and wanted a break on the way home when we spotted Kevin and Linda,s Oasis . The house is perfectly situated for a small walk into town to all the attractions of Alnwick castle and Gardens .. And if you have historical tastes the local history of the border battles with medieval Scotland...

Just stayed the one night as we were going to a wedding in Alnwick. Kevin was our host as his wife Lynda was away but he could not have been more welcoming. It was nice to stay in a "traditional" B&B with a personal touch. How many hotels have given you a lift to your reception? Kevin did it was...

We were 'doing ' Alnwick Castle and Gardens with our daughter and her three children. Kevin and Linda supplied a perfect home from home for us and we were very well looked after. We were able to leave the car there and walk into town and the castle which was great for the children. We really appreciated the generous breakfasts...
