Lovely peaceful and well presented B&B. Easy access to main roads but quiet area and parking free(with a permit available from the owners) and not more than 50 meters away. Very friendly owners who could not do more to make you welcome. Close to the town and amenities. Ideal for seeing beautiful Northumberland.

Really lovely b&b. Bow House was everything we were hoping for on our weekend stay. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived - the complimentary tea and cake was very much unexpected but appreciated. Our room was clean and inviting and breakfast was superb. Would certainly recommend a visit. We hope to return and explore much...

Bow House is located in Alnwick town centre and is therefore convenient for all the great attractions in town and for places further afield. The advantage is that it's on a no-through road so it's quiet at night. A temporary resident permit provided means you can park right outside. As other reviewers have said so enthusiastically, you will be very...

We have just spent 3 nights at Bow House, first class accommodation with great attention to detail. David and Beverly are very welcoming with a great store of local knowledge. Probably the best breakfast we have enjoyed anywhere in the world. We will definitely return again and highly recommend this accommodation.

Just can't fault this place. The attentive host(s) and every little thing thought of in the room, including a little decanter of sherry which made me feel very glam! The bed was extremely comfortable.

Dave and Bev are so very welcoming. A nice, clean guest house convenient to the town centre and the castle, with a nice full breakfast to start the day, and coffee and tea in the comfortable and airy room. We will go back.

We spent three very enjoyable nights at Bow House which is in a quiet road but very centrally situated just about 3 minutes walk from the market square. We were greeted with tea and cake brought to our very well furnished room by Dave. Both he and Bev were excellent , helpful and friendly hosts who provide for every detail...

My friend and I spent 2 nights here. From making arrangements onwards this was such an excellent choice! The owners are welcoming and helpful, without being intrusive, the accommodation was superb and the breakfasts likewise. The location is central, without being near traffic. I truly cannot commend it enough! My best B and B stay ever. Thank you both.
