The accommodation my wife and I were allotted was a very recently refurbished room with en suite, which looked out on to the the market square. It was extremely nice and quiet even though it was on front elevation.Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.Breakfast and bar meals very good.Would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation for a stay..

First weekend in November, when the weather turned, and after a bracing walk in the rain down by the river, we saw the Sunday lunch advertised and couldn't resist. On walking through the front door was a gorgeous roaring fire. 2 drinks later, 2 Sunday lunches ordered all for £15. The food arrived soon enough by a lovely waitress, who... More

Our room was Stumpy Cross, and was pleasantly surprised with the room very clean and roomy and plenty of tea/coffee facilities. We checked out Richmond to find an eatery, and found The Rustique French restaurant which did an early bird menu... More

We stayed here for one night in a lovely newly refurbished king-size room. It was clean and modern with a comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming on our arrival. The breakfast was good which you pre-order the previous day. Would definitely stay here again.
