The pub is like stepping back in time and perfect for anyone visiting the dales wanting the traditional experience! Very friendly staff, lovely local ales and worth stopping in after the falls. Real gem!

A nice little pub if you like traditional, old, dark historical type pubs. There is also a lovely real wood fire. It's on the route for many nice walks. Limited food and beer selection but well worth a visit.

Hi, we've just taken over the lease of the pub so the camping is now separate, please book through the heritage centre for camping.

I only had the dealings with the woman that i mentioned in the review. But i honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was. i was really taken aback by how rude they were.
