We made the mistake of taking our 2 children so even with discount after complaining about having no hot water and it being dirty we still had to pay £100 = devastating!! The beds were very lumpy as you can feel the springs. Sheets were dirty too. Having said that we did have a fantastic weekend with friends. Would I... More

The bunkhouses are so overpriced compared to accommodation that we have stayed in at a similar standard. IMO, it is not worth more than £6 pppn not £17.50 pppn. The 4 bed ones have no space inside at all to socialise. The 6 bed ones do but that is their only positive point. The mattresses are generally knackered, the sheets on... More

Nice flat campsite easy to find near to the limestone plateau of Ingleborough. Clean toilets regularly serviced and friendly staff. Plenty of room for cars and genuinely dog welcoming. Lenny of walking directly from the campsite and local shops only 4 miles away.

Me and my husband met our friends and there children here for the weekend and it was lovely very basic but had everything you need in the surrounding villages. The campsite is spacious but outbuildings and showers are a bit dated but you do have privacy so that's a bonus Austwick is about 10 -15 mins walk and this is... More

We stayed in the bunk house and my son stayed in a tent. The campsite is fairly quiet, even with a busy road nearby. The site is kept well. The bunk houses are functional and a little dated but good value. They don't have much sound proofing but as your not in them much it's not much bother. Really convenient... More

We have just returned home from a stay at the dalesbridge campsite! Staff were lovely. Shower and toilet cubicles were sufficient, ice blocks were frozen for free! We were on the main field where the tents and caravans pitch around the edge leaving the centre free for the kids to play! We didn't get into Austwick except to visit the... More

Really nice location, lots of walks and little villages nearby! We camped with no electricity and had a good big spot to ourselves despite it being bank holiday which was nice and peaceful even though there were lots of children, no one was too close and the children had plenty of space to run around. There was an 11pm curfew... More

Great campsite for basic camping but still with everything you need. Showers and toilets kept clean and in good working order, good pitches, and can park car next to pitch. We had the entire field to ourselves which was a pleasant surprise! Will return!

It is actually 3 years since we stayed here, (the options here do not go back that far) but keep thinking of going back, as it was really enjoyable. The young man who welcomed us, with his dog, was very friendly - they both were :) he was very informative too. The room was fine for a B&B, with a... More
