I had stayed here last around 2 years ago and the Beeches has got significantly worse since then. The rooms and food standards have deteriorated, and it is clearly badly managed. The only positives about The Beeches are its location in the pleasant suburb of Scartho, with a variety of shops and facilities close at hand, its leafy grounds and... More

Reception was very helpful and walked me to my room. The room itself was basic but the bed was comfortable enough. The decor and 'feel' of the place was more like a Cleethorpes bed and breakfast than a hotel so I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic couple. If all you care about is a decent bed and a place... I very rarely leave reviews on trip advisor but feel this is one time where I need to warn people. I visited this hotel on Thursday on my 40th Birthday along with 12 members of my family and friends. Having had the most superb afternoon tea back in February when 36 of us from work attended a leaving do, I... More

Had a family baby shower here yesterday for approx 20 people. Buffet for slightly less which was requested and there was ample food. Supplied own cakes but still given cheesecake & choclate brownie with buffet. Food was fresh and lovely. Table set in conservatory but as it was exceptionally hot yesterday we were able to move outside on the tables... More

The glasses and cutlery required wiping on our napkins before using them, if I'm having a glass of wine I like it in a clean sparkling glass! No soup spoon, steak knives, serving spoons we're ready at the table, all had to be asked for. Soup arrived without the roll and butter! Steak was over cooked, ordered medium, but got... More

A large room, reasonably priced, but hotel did not live up to expectations. The website said breakfast included but the small print on the booking confirmation said it was not. The breakfast menu was poorly constructed and confusing. The bed was hard as were the towels. No plug in the sink but one quickly provided (taken from another room). Poor... More

Stayed here to attend a party being held at hotel. Standard double room was £55 for the night and I think very good value. Room was on the ground floor, a good size with a very large bathroom, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we might have needed. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was available in the... More
