We have just got back from here after staying for two nights. The guest house is very well located near the train station, shops, bars, pier. We arrived early and were greeted by the landlady. We were taken to our room on the top floor of the house. The room was quite big everything was very clean and well presented. There was tea/coffee... More

What a lovely place and lovely people who run and own this establishment. It's so homely and the breakfast was delightful. I would recommend staying and would stay every time I need to be in this part of the area.

What a lovely place. Ensuite attic room absolutely perfect. Full english Breakfast excellent too. Lovely lady owns it. Will be back for sure. Rooms all monochrome. Spotlessly clean. Can't say anything negative at all. Alot of time spent on decor and chilled atmosphere.

I decided to stay over in Cleethorpes hoping it would be sunny... But typically English it rained the whole time. I love the fact I could pull on the front driveway so my car could be off road, the bed was so comfy and the towels and bed linen were very good quality. I had a great night sleep! Colleen... More

The following evening I slept for 9 hours in a perfect bed in a quiet and peaceful bedroom. Breakfast at 0700 was a perfect " Full... More

Visited mid April, arrived at the guest house and was greeted in a polite and friendly manor. Manager was very welcoming and even catered for special requirements. Would recommend and stay again if I was ever in the area. Lovley breakfast!
