Their "twin" rooms are a double and a bed settee (single). Uncomfortable to say the least. Be warned. Rooms were not cleaned properly or replenished during my 4 night stay. Towels were changed at least. In middle of nowhere. Indian restaurant next door but expensive. Need to get before you settle for night. Having to turn left from exit can... More

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights and the stay was very good. Staff were very nice and friendly and rooms were clean and cozy. Also very peaceful and good value for money. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Leicester.

One of the electrical sockets was broken clean in half and a hazard (this was resolved after I pointed it out but it should not have been there in the first place). Both safety latches/cables on the windows were broken (not resolved after pointing this out). Bed was lumpy. Pillows were too big. Towels and bed linen heavily perfumed from... More

Stayed for one night, it's a great budget hotel you have a basic room, with kettle, shower, TV etc. Very quiet and easy parking. Quite tricky to get to as was on the wrong side of the A46. It's room only but you can get a full English breakfast from 7-12 next door which has a vast menu and then... More

When we arrived we were a bit shocked by the state of the paths and rockery and thought what have we done -what a pity someone doesn't tidy them up so they match the tidiness inside. We made a mistake by thinking booking a twin room meant twin beds- however after the intervention by the second person in reception when he... After reading the reviews I was quite surprised when we arrived , The gardens DO need weeding, but the hotel isn't tired looking or needing outside attention. Our room at the front was quite large with loads of tea, coffee etc. the bed was clean, the bathroom was also clean , Plenty of hot water , The staff were helpful.... More

when we arrived noticed that outside garden areas badly in need of attention. Check in went smoothly ,surprised that wifi was £3 per day but ran out at midnight. Had not time to use it as we were out from 17.00hrs until 0100 hrs.could have saved myself the money if I had been told it lasted only until midnight Rooms... More

Needed a cheap place to stay to scout out the local areas as we are looking at moving to Leicester from Hertfordshire. Really awkwardly placed on one side of the road and requires you to drive miles past it to come back (but I guess that can't be helped). OK, PROS: - Good sized room and bathroom (although it needs... Was a bit put off by a few negative comments but booked one night nevertheless. No regrets. The room was quite large and clean, the double bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom facilities, although beginning to show their age, were perfectly o.k.
