We arrived at Park House Hotel to a lovely warm welcome. After being shown to our room we were invited into the sitting room for coffee/tea served with homemade cakes delicious. The rooms are all beautiful old furniture that fits in perfectly crisp cotton sheets and a bathroom with lovely bottles of shampoo/shower gel ect. The room was spotless. We... More

Park House is a stunning bed and breakfast made all the more wonderful by the hosts. The rooms (and in fact the whole house) are beautifully furnished, homely and welcoming and the facilities are excellent. Breakfast is served in the lovely dining room and the selection of delicious, home cooked food cannot be faulted. We opted for the dinner, bed... More

We are repeat visitors here, and the £99 deal is as good as ever. If I did have to pick fault, its not with Park House, but with the restaurant that's part of the deal, but you can read that separately. As usual, great welcome, nice room, coffee and cake, and a brilliant breakfast.

This is our second stay at Park House, what a lovely experience. A great welcome was followed with fresh coffee and delicious home made cakes. The sitting room is charming, a home from home. Every little detail is perfect, the furnishings sre lovely and the rooms have so much character. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Park House could only be rated as five star. Every attention was given to the smallest of detail. An amazing breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes! The lost property service is also second to none!

My girlfriend and I stayed here last night. What a beautiful place. A lovingly resorted Georgian property, amazing breakfast, beds so comfy they could swallow you and lovely welcoming hosts. What more could you ask for. I would defiantly stay again and would recommend it to all my family and friends

Hubby and I wanted a quiet night away and he found this beautiful B & B online. This B & B is a little gem. It's tastefully decorated and so clean. The bed was perfect - so comfortable and the linen just gorgeous! Had a good nights sleep. We were greeted by the landlady who was friendly. She introduced us... More

What a wonderful place this is - a real gem. We had a two night stay to celebrate our anniversary and it was just out of this world. The rooms are all different and equally delightful, with extremely comfortable beds and bedding. We had room 7 which we loved - beautiful bed with tapestry curtains and matching headboard and a... I have just returned from a weekend staying here with my husband and some friends. I would say it was a five star B&B, the breakfast was as good as any you could cook at home. Very comfortable rooms that are spotless and beautifully decorated. Thank you to our hosts and for entertaining us with your lovely dry northern wit.... More
