We stayed here for 1 night and the host couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Out room was on the first floor at the front of the hotel and we thought the traffic noise may have been an issue but it really wasn't. The room was well insulated. Breakfast was wonderful with a great choice and top quality products.... More

I stayed here very recently as a last minute business trip - rang up on the morning and fortunately got the last available room. What a stunning house - little gem in the heart of the Ribble Valley countryside. The house is very homely and Howard was very accommodating and helpful. Coffee and cake were served free of charge by... More

A very warm welcome from Howard. Off street parking right outside.. We stayed in room 8 on the 3rd floor. Large comfy room with sofa and chairs and very comfy king size bed. Lovely roll top bath in keeping with the property but no shower cubicle. Tea and coffee with extra milk available in fridge off lower landing. We booked... More

We had a lovely nights stay at Park House in October 2016. We took advantage of the deal including bed, breakfast and evening meal at the local award winning Italian restaurant - La Locanda. The furnishing at Park House was beautiful - so relaxing in front of the fire in the drawing room and the bedroom and bathroom were cosy... More

Our third visit and this is still the best value for money b&b we have ever stayed in! Everything is immaculate and well designed for your comfort, with the added bonus of dinner at the superb La Locanda close by. Since our last visit the pub in the village has reopened and is a great place for a drink, the... More

Another excellent stay at Park House. The owners are wonderful providing tea and cakes on arrival in the lounge which were delcious. Nothing seems too much trouble for them to make your stay comfortable. We were staying with 4 other couples and had the place to ourselves. The bedrooms are spotless and tastefully furnished. Our room was on the top... More

I haven’t stayed in a B&B since the Seventies. Memories of nylon sheets, tinned grapefruit segments and a scowling landlady with folded arms and a long list of “Don’ts”. I like the anonymity of a hotel: you check in and disappear. So when I Googled “Boutique hotels Ribble Valley” and Park House came up I checked the photos and booked... More

Comfortable bedroom, great service led by Howard the hotelier with humour and knowledge. Enjoyed 2 nights in style although would have preferred the opportunity to open the window. Lovely trip and will go back.

Our second stay at the Park House. Welcoming Tea and Cakes on arrival, lovely rooms, super breakfast and friendly host what more can you ask for. Gisburn is on the edge of wonderful countryside, with so much to offer, will be back for more. Its just lovely here, come and see for yourself.
