Good hotel but could be better if Bar staff were more helpful, friendly - young lady was too busy chatting to her friends than do her job. Her comunication skills rangewd from a few grubts to one word answers. Made to feel as if I was disturbing her. Car parking is a joke - if you get in to it...

On arrival a lovely young lady took us up to show us the room, The Chester, and we were able to leave our luggage there even though it was really too early to check in. The room was a decent size with a comfy bed and spotlessly clean. It is an old hotel with lots of character and we found...

Very comfortable hotel, nice and clean, excellent breakfast and friendly staff, especially the lady cooking breakfasts, serving breakfasts, cleaning the dining room, checking out guests, helping guests with suitcases! Nothing was too much trouble for her, thank you for all of your help!

We enjoyed our stay in Clitheroe to attend a friends wedding. Inn at the Station was convenient & travel to & from is good either by road or car. We upgraded the room & were not disappointed as it was rather grand, spotlessly clean & comfortable. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. All the other guests had a version of...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was very good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere in the bar area. Would stay here again. Would have given a rating of 5, but when we ate here in the evening, my wife's dinner was not as described on the...

Had money stolen out of my purse whilst downstairs having breakfast. Maybe I was silly to have left money in my room, but you live and learn. Never ever, have I had this happen to me and I would never stay again.

The management and owners of Inn at the Station are totally unaware of this incident and we totally dispute that any theft has ever been reported to us. Surely something as serious as having money stolen from a purse would be reported at the time - we would of certainly investigated. We truly doubt the validity of this review.

Having arranged to meet a friend for lunch, I went by the Inn at the Station last week to confirm when their restaurant opened. The notice board on the left side of the main door, advertised food Monday to Friday. We went today, only to be told 'no food on a Monday'!?!

Great night stay at this hotel. Our room was lovely ... very spacious and spotlessly clean. Nice comfy bed. Lovely bathroom which was also spotless. We ate in the hotel too. Just a club sandwich, but it was very nice. Hearty breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff I would definitely stay here again.

Went in here for a 12.30 coffee with family. Nice enough place but was made to feel very uncomfortable by a table of older folk who had nothing better to do than stare and pull faces because we had a child with us that to be fair was a little noisy , which we couldn't stop other than gag him,...
