Stayed for 1 night for a family party and booked 2 rooms. Receptionist on arrival was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. As was the gentleman in the evening. This is the first time I have stayed in a premier inn and cannot fault value for money.

we arrived at the hotel to fine we were allocated an upper floor room. As my husband can't climb stairs very easily we were transferred to a room on the ground floor. Then we realised we had forgotten our phone charger so the receptionist went out of her way to find us one. The receptionist also found us directions to...

Excellent location, plenty of parking, close to the city. Room was immaculate, staff were very pleasant and breakfast was spot on. We took a taxi to meet friends in Burnley central at a cost of £3.00. Overall, a perfect stay and would highly recommend

I stayed at the Premier Inn Burnley for 1 night in January 2017. The hotel is around a 25 minute walk from Burnley train station (set within the area of a lovely park) and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. That's if you don't fancy eating at the Brewer's Fayre directly opposite the hotel....

Lovely staff, great breakfast and the pub is great for kids which is always a bonus, the major issue is that it was a weekend and our room was right next to the reception area and taxis were dropping off at night and with no secondary double glazing this disturbed us lots. But the hotel did rectify the issue,so as long as your...

The breakfast was of high standard and the cost very reasonable. We always find Premier Inns to provide a high standard of hotel and we would recommend to anyone that Premier Inns should be there first choice...

Very clean and peaceful hotel. The hotel was fully booked as Burnley FC had a home match. Nice big rooms. Just a shame the rooms don't have a/c. I guess you can't have it all at these prices. I will be back ☺

This is the second time we have stayed here and it's a very peaceful location, despite staying on New Years Eve. The usual standard you expect from a Premier Inn, very friendly staff. Very Clean and free wifi.

Very helpful staff, good parking facilities & walking distance to football stadium. The restaurant was very busy on arrival but the receptionist managed to squeeze us in as we need to get to the football stadium.
